You are not alone

A quote from today's WSJ:

The SEC once had a reputation as an agency of careful lawyers who didn't exceed their authority and whose legal judgment usually prevailed. In recent decades, the agency has lost that reputation as it has sought to expand its regulatory power and has been increasingly rebuked by the courts.

I would suggest that there is a similar danger in some of this region's courts if the respective regulators do not properly focus.  Leadership is key.
